You’ll be hosted by Helen, a long-standing member of the Simpsons wine estate family, and you’lll hear all about the journey of setting up a winery in England (at a time when the climate was not giving English wine vibes!).

Helen joined the family wine estate in 2017, shortly after their first harvest and as they began to expand their estate in the idyllic Kent countryside. Simpsons has gone from strength to strength over the past few years, successfully creating a collection of expressive still and sparkling wines, which have won many awards and garnered praise from around the globe.

Helen is proud to be the Marketing and Communications Manager for this boutique estate, championing the Simpsons’ story, as well as supporting the brand’s journey in sustainability and making English wine more approachable and enjoyable all round.

At this workshop, you’ll be tasting through 4 delicious and interesting wines from this boutique wine estate, with some nibbles to go with.

You'll leave this workshop with some interesting insights about winemaking in England, having tasted some exceptional wines that stand up against the best wines around the world.
