An incredibly special, one-off evening with South African winemaker and founder Ntsiki Biyela!

A graduate of viticulture and oenology from Stellenbosch university, Ntsiki then went on to become South Africa’s first black female winemaker, and successfully launched her own wine brand Aslina Wines in 2017.

At this workshop, you'll be tasting 4 of Aslina’s range; chardonnay, chenin blanc (skin contact), cabernet sauvignon and the Bordeaux style ‘Umsasane’. This is an intimate setting so you’ll be able to ask Ntsiki questions throughout.

Each wine is a labour of love, skill and consideration, and Ntsiki will discuss the story and conception of each - you’ll get a real insight into the working mind of this incredible winemaker!

You'll leave this workshop with a newfound appreciation for South African wine, and the efforts that go into creating a wine brand (particularly as a black female entrepreneur), and quite possibly armed with a bottle of your favourite - because these wines are something special!!
